PLC synchronous lifting system is used in Chongqing Beipo Bridge bridge hidden danger rectification project

This is a case of synchronous lifting and raising of an old bridge to replace a failed bearing. Use equipment Jiangsu Canetethin hydraulic jack and PLC synchronous lifting system.

(The bridge bearing is aging and needs to be replaced urgently)

(The bridge pier is reinforced, and the support is replaced by the hydraulic jack synchronously lifting)

Local people reported that the auxiliary bridge on the east side of the bridge was bumped up and down and swayed left and right when heavy vehicles passed, and the maximum height difference from the road surface was about 8cm. After further inspection, it was found that the abutment supports at both ends of the auxiliary road bridge on the north side had diseases such as aging deformation and partial voiding, which had lost their normal supporting function. Similar diseases also occurred on the central main bridge and the auxiliary road bridge on the west side, threatening the bridge structure and traffic Safety. Therefore, the bridge section needs to be closed immediately to ensure the safety of bridge use and vehicle traffic.

(The main bridge pier is lifted synchronously to replace the bearing)

Bridge replacement worn out rubber bearings

After the inspection of the engineering team, the replacement plan for the bridge bearing was determined. First, the bridge piers are reinforced as a whole, and then the bridge is lifted as a whole by placing hydraulic jacks on the bridge piers to complete the replacement of the auxiliary road bridge and the lifting of the main bridge body. It is expected that the auxiliary road bridge will pass in 30 days, and then closed. The main bridge, and finally completed the replacement of the main bridge bearing and the restoration of the auxiliary works. Through the synchronous lifting system provided by Jiangsu Canete, the bridge was finally successfully lifted as a whole, and the displacement and stress of the beam body were not.
