Product Detail

The most salient feature of this cylinder series is the integration of a mechanical lock-nut mechanism. Once the piston (or plunger) is extended to the required height, the operator can easily rotate the locking nut to achieve pure mechanical load support. This critical design feature completely eliminates the risk of load drift or settling caused by maintaining hydraulic pressure for extended periods or by unexpected seal failure, thereby providing the highest level of safety assurance for long-term support and operation.

The product line offers an industry-leading load coverage ranging from 50 tons up to an impressive 1000 tons.
