    Clamp Rail Type Synchronous Pushing Hydraulic System is mainly used for synchronous push-slide construction of large components. The jacking and sliding of traditional large-scale components mainly adopts the winch, pulley block and steel wire rope for traction. The traction force and traction speed are difficult to control, and the sliding member shakes greatly, the seating accuracy is low, and the safety is poor. Under such technical background, KIET has developed a kind of thrust equipment with self-clamping of heavy-duty rails —Clamp Rail Type Synchronous Pushing Hydraulic System. It mainly consists of hydraulic pushing pump station, hydraulic cylinder, and self-locking crawler , Wedge block, sliding shoe and other components, the crawler is installed on the track through the clamping seat, and the telescopic action of the hydraulic cylinder makes the wedge block and the clamping rail automatically form a reaction force device, which finally realizes the synchronous pushing of large components make.
