Maximum working pressure: 70MPa

The graded hydraulic cylinder breaks through its own travel limit, and heavy objects are lifted through the grading

Meet the requirements of a large lifting height

Supporting the synchronous hydraulic lifting system, it can realize the high-precision classification synchronous lifting

Synchronization accuracy up to 1%

The carrying capacity is from 250 tons to 1000 tons, and the single point bearing capacity is large

Double-acting design, the selection of special lifting valve group for jacking ensures the safety of lifting and descending

A 5° spherical saddle is standard to accommodate uneven load surfaces

Polymer synthetic gaskets can be selected, which are light in weight and strong, reducing the labor intensity of on-site workers

All models are equipped with 3/8-18NPT ultra-high pressure quick couplings and high strength aluminum titanium threaded protective sleeves

 

Step 1: Place the Stage-lift Hydraulic Cylinder on a solid support under load (plunger retracted).	Step 2: Lift the load and insert 2 pads under the chassis.	Step 3: Retract the plunger and insert 2 pads in the center of the chassis to support the next lift.	Step 4: Lift the load again, and insert 2 blocks under the chassis again.
