The Ultra-Thin Multi-Stage Hydraulic Cylinder is an innovative solution engineered to overcome the challenges of confined spaces and extremely heavy loads. It skillfully integrates an ultra-thin structure with multi-stage telescoping technology, providing an exceptionally long working stroke while maintaining an extremely low collapsed height (e.g., the KET-RLT-100 model is only $93\text{ mm}$), which dramatically enhances on-site operational efficiency by eliminating the repetitive jacking required by conventional single-stage cylinders in tight environments. Constructed from high-strength alloy steel and treated with a nitrocarburized surface hardening process (or nitrided surface treatment), the cylinder is ensured to have outstanding bearing capacity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, it offers a lateral load redundancy of up to $3\%$ of its maximum capacity, making it highly suitable for demanding engineering applications such as precise equipment alignment, bridge jacking, and heavy machinery installation, where spatial constraints and performance requirements are stringent.
