KET’s Split-Flow Synchronous Lifting Hydraulic System is engineered for precise multi-point lifting and controlled lowering where safety, repeatability, and compact footprint are essential. Driven by a single motor and pump body with multiple outlets, the system delivers equal oil flow to each hydraulic line, keeping cylinders synchronized even when hose lengths or loads vary. The result is stable motion with a maximum working pressure of 700 bar and outstanding control during advance, hold, and retract.
The platform is available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 outlets to match different support points. Per-outlet flow at rated pressure ranges from 0.45 to 4.20 L/min, allowing users to select the exact speed/force combination for their jacking plan. Each circuit integrates an adjustable pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge for independent protection and quick diagnostics. Operators can choose intuitive joystick (manual) control or a 24V solenoid pendant for remote operation and improved safety around heavy structures.
Built on industrial-grade components and a 380V 50Hz three‑phase motor (5.5–7.5 kW), the unit offers long service life and steady output. Oil tank options of 40, 150 L keep the footprint compact while supporting continuous duty on site. Typical applications include synchronous lifting and weighing of drilling platforms, bridge bearings maintenance, building and ship section lifting, and precision leveling of large equipment.
