Single Acting Low Height Lock Nut Hydraulic Cylinders are high-performance tools specifically designed for ultra-heavy-duty and complex working conditions. The core advantage of this product series is its mechanical locking mechanism. When the piston rod is extended, the customer can thread down the mechanical lock nut, which transfers the load directly onto the cylinder body. This not only extends the mechanical life of the jack but, more importantly, provides absolute safety assurance for long-term load support, allowing operators to work securely even when there is no hydraulic pressure. Featuring an ultra-thin design, they are particularly suitable for lifting and positioning operations in confined spaces. The piston rod guiding sleeve design provides lateral load support capability of up to 3% of the equivalent load.
