Optimizing Ship Block Lifting Operations: A New Shipment of Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Equipment

2026-04-15

Introduction

A new batch of yellow heavy-duty hydraulic block lift systems lined up outside the factory, ready for shipment to a client's shipyard

In the modern shipbuilding industry, the efficiency and safety of handling massive hull sections—often referred to as "blocks"—are critical to project timelines. We are proud to announce that a new batch of custom-engineered 3D Adjustment Hydraulic EquipmentHeavy-Duty Block Lift Systems )has successfully completed production and is now en route to our client's shipyard.

The Challenge: Precision in Heavy-Scale Assembly

Ship block assembly requires more than just raw power; it demands surgical precision. When two massive sections of a vessel are brought together, even a few millimeters of misalignment can lead to structural integrity issues or costly rework. Traditional methods of positioning these multi-ton structures are often time-consuming and labor-intensive.

Our Solution: 3D Adjustment & Synchronous Lifting

This latest shipment features our advanced 3D adjustment technology, specifically designed to streamline the "fit-up" process.

Precise Adjustment Range:Our system offers a vertical adjustment range of 0–250 mm and a horizontal adjustment range of 0–150 mm, allowing shipbuilders to align blocks with millimeter precision.

● Three-Dimensional Maneuverability:Operators can tilt, shift, and lift blocks into the perfect position along the X, Y, and Z axes with minimal effort.

● Built for the Shipyard Environment:With a noise level kept under 2 dB(A) at rated load and high-grade anti-corrosion coating, these units are optimized for intense shipyard working conditions.

In-House Testing: Beyond Industry Standards

Our 1000-ton integrated hydraulic testing bench performing a static load test on a cylinder in the factory, ensuring equipment quality.

What sets our equipment apart is the rigorous testing it undergoes before delivery. We don't just "check" our products; we challenge them.

Our Competitive Edge: The In-House Testing Platform

Unlike many suppliers, we utilize our own Integrated Hydraulic Testing Bench. This allows us to perform a 350-ton (350T) Static Load Test on every cylinder. During this process, we monitor for any permanent deformation or leakage at high-pressure seals and connections.

By conducting Full-Load Testing in our factory, we ensure that every piece of equipment can withstand its rated capacity at the client’s project site. This proactive approach guarantees absolute safety and operational efficiency during the most critical lifts.

Rigorous Testing Results (Test Certificate #2023201A0809513)

Our latest batch successfully passed all inspection items, including:

● Appearance & Coating:Uniform, consistent, and corrosion-resistant.

Insulation Resistance:Ensuring the safety of the electric pump components.

Static Load Performance:Zero failure under 350T load.

● Noise Control:Operational noise well below the 80 dB limit.

Supporting Global Marine Engineering

This delivery reinforces our commitment to providing the shipbuilding industry with tools that reduce downtime and improve worker safety. Whether it’s for commercial tankers, offshore platforms, or specialized vessels, our hydraulic solutions are engineered to handle the world's heaviest loads.
