Application of Synchronous Hoisting Hydraulic System: Synchronous Hoisting of Suspension Bridge Steel Box Girder

Introduction of Chongqing Wushan Bridge:

The Wushan Bridge, with a total length of 1,540 meters, is located in Wushan County, Chongqing City. It is a pivotal exit channel connecting Baiquan to Qixing, and an important project on the ring road in Wushan County. The main bridge of Guihua Bridge is a double-tower steel box girder suspension bridge with a span of 550 meters. The main tower adopts a curved portal-shaped reinforced concrete structure composed of 5 types of curves. It is planned to be completed in October 2021. The project connects Zhengwan High-speed Railway Station, Wushan County and the airport. It will play a very good role in promoting the development of Wushan County and the development of surrounding districts and counties.

The steel box girder hoisting equipment for this project is provided by Jiangsu Canete Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, a domestic professional manufacturer of heavy-duty intelligent synchronous lifting, pushing and hoisting hydraulic equipment.

Introduction of synchronous hoisting hydraulic system:

Synchronous hoisting hydraulic system accurately controls the steel strand hydraulic jacks, integrated intelligent control of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. Strand hydraulic jacks perform synchronous lifting and towing of the bridge steel box girder, pressure vessel, power generation equipment, drilling platform, shield machine, and sunken ship salvage to realize the automatic control of the movement process. The lifting and towing process is safe, stable and fast. This method uses the strand hydraulic jacks as the lifting equipment with a high degree of automation and can accurately calculate the respective displacements of the two strand hydraulic jacks. This method can meet the requirements of projects with heavy weight, huge height, large volume, big span and high installation precision.
