Designed for use with electric and internal combustion locomotives, this system ensures reliable performance in all lifting, maintenance, and repair operations. It enables secure elevation of the locomotive body, bogies, and other components, providing a stable and synchronized lifting process—ideal for workshops requiring four or more jacks to operate simultaneously.
The compact and robust structure consists of a transmission system, frame, bracket, moving frame, and synchronous control device, integrating durability with low maintenance needs. Its design emphasizes simplicity and efficiency—offering a lightweight yet high-strength structure that reduces production and operational costs while improving work precision.
Operation is intuitive and safe. The jacks can be fixed at a maintenance station or moved as required, offering flexibility for various maintenance sites. The system uses gear and screw-drive transmission technology, known for its low failure rate, long service life, and easy maintenance. With synchronized electronic control, four or more lifting columns can operate seamlessly in parallel, automatically balancing load distribution to prevent locomotive tilting during elevation.
