Product Detail
The Hydraulic Self-walking Device is a compact, robust solution designed for precise lifting, translation and rotation of heavy structures. Driven by hydraulic cylinders as the main execution units, the device combines a lifting cylinder with a self-propelled pushing mechanism and a skidding system to achieve controlled, repeatable movements even on uneven tracks or settling surfaces.
During operation, the lifting cylinder raises the load by the rated stroke, allowing the pushing cylinders to engage. The pushing cylinders drive the unit forward in measured increments while the main jacking mechanism skids across the prepared surface. After each push, the system repositions and transfers load force between groups of self-propelled hydraulic devices, enabling continuous step-by-step translation without the need to relocate support equipment. This coordinated jacking-and-pushing cycle ensures smooth, stable motion and reduces the influence of track nonlinearity.
Key technical highlights include a rated lifting capacity of 50–600 tonnes, a lifting stroke of 150 mm, and a pushing stroke of 200 mm. The device is designed for a maximum working pressure of 70 MPa and can tolerate a tilting angle up to 3°. Auxiliary travel wheels facilitate mobility, and the double-cylinder structure enhances pushing reliability and control.
The Hydraulic Self-walking Device is suitable for demanding projects such as holistic 360-degree rotation and translation of coach stations, movement of large prefabricated structures, and careful translation of historical buildings. Its design prioritizes operator safety, stability, and repeatability, making it an efficient choice for civil engineering, infrastructure relocation, and heavy equipment positioning where precision and minimal disturbance to the structure are essential.
