Each set covers rated capacities from 100 to 1000 tons, achieves sliding speeds up to 1 m/min, and maintains positioning accuracy within ±1 mm. Typical strokes include 200 mm for jacking and 200–1000 mm per push, with push–pull cylinders offering strokes from 600 to 1250 mm.

The design emphasizes safety and operational efficiency. Low‑friction PTFE sliding interfaces and widened load surfaces distribute weight evenly, while vertical stability measures prevent downward slip or tilt. Quick‑connect piping and modular beams enable fast setup and redeployment, shortening outages and improving project throughput. Real‑time feedback from displacement and pressure sensors supports data‑driven execution, and an automated fitting function streamlines final alignment.
