The product is a three-dimensional adjustment hydraulic system designed to move and precisely position large ship hull sections during assembly. It addresses the complexity and safety demands of modern shipbuilding by combining computer control technology with mechatronics, delivering high-precision weighing and multi-point position synchronization for accurate 3D adjustment of oversized components. The system supports a reasonable displacement scheme that helps ensure construction quality, production efficiency, and safe installation and adjustment work on large-scale hull sections.
All segmented adjustments can be executed from a standard wired control handle, which allows continuous or jog operation; an optional master control console can link four or more units for coordinated control. For safety, the equipment integrates multiple protection layers: a hydraulic lock and lifting valve group plus a mechanical lock (nut) that provides reliable protection for hull sections, the machine, and personnel. Mobility is built in — the unit can self-power its travel via a standard hydraulic motor, with wheel lifting and front/rear drive controlled from the travel handle so a single operator can position the equipment onsite.
The top of the unit features a 5° tiltable saddle with anti-eccentric load capacity to adapt to uneven segment bottoms, and lifting points and spade-tooth holes are provided for convenient transport by gantry cranes or forklifts. Typical capacity ranges from 100 to 600 tons with a positioning precision around ±0.5 mm, and the system supports online equipment grouping and communication via a bus for integrated operation. Overall, this hydraulic solution simplifies complex hull section displacement while prioritizing synchronized control, operator convenience, and multi-level safety protections.
