The Jintang New Materials Project features China's first sea-crossing pipe gallery, a critical infrastructure milestone for the Yangtze River Delta's petrochemical industry. The project involved installing 31 oversized pipe gallery modules, with a maximum single weight of 515 tons and lengths reaching 43 meters. Because of the soft mudflat geology and low soil bearing capacity, traditional marine lifting and temporary bridge installations were ruled out due to extreme costs and schedule delays.

The construction contractor engineered an innovative "Transport + Lifting + High-Altitude Bridge Deck Jacking & Sliding" integrated method to bypass the geological constraints and eliminate traditional piece-by-piece field assembly.

To execute the client's specialized high-altitude sliding plan, KIET supplied a synchronized system of 16 Intelligent Hydraulic Heavy-Duty Sliding Trolleys. Controlled by a central PLC system, these trollies feature dual jacking and sliding functionalities, automated load-linkage, and real-time deviation correction to handle extreme tonnage safely.
