2025 Applications Review: Proven Hydraulic Systems Supporting Complex Heavy-Load Projects Worldwide
2025 was a year of accelerated upgrades for heavy jacking, pushing, lifting and transport. As the market shifts toward higher quality and safer execution, KIET HYDRAULICS (Jiangsu Canete Machinery) continued to focus on heavy jacking, pushing, hoisting and moving solutions. Guided by project needs, we advanced product iterations and system optimization, and our hydraulic equipment was applied and validated across multiple engineering projects.
2025 Review: Building on Technology, Proving Capability with Real Cases
Over the past year, we concentrated on four core segments. With precise control and safe, efficient equipment, our teams overcame successive technical challenges and left solid footprints in key projects.
Bridge sector: technology enabling renewal
China’s bridge industry faces dual tasks: upgrading aging bridge girders and replacing or reconstructing some bridges due to new urban planning. At this pivotal stage, KIET HYDRAULICS followed market demand, drove innovation, and focused on R&D and application of synchronized jacking systems. Leveraging breakthrough results with incremental pad-lifting technology, we helped speed up renewal in real projects.
Compared with traditional jacking schemes, KIET’s Hydraulic Jack-up Systems demonstrated high precision, high efficiency and high safety across multiple bridge jobs, showing strong technical competence and industry value.
Project highlights in 2025 (bridge)
- Guangdong Huizhou urban cross-road bridge girder demolition • Total weight: 3,200 t; total length: 110 m

- Xinjiang’s first modular rapid bridge dismantling

- G30 Lianhuo Expressway separated interchange bridge rapid dismantling

- Shiziyang Channel old bridge demolition and reconstruction in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area

- Cross-line interchange bridge synchronized jacking project

- Beijing–Shanghai railway beam synchronized jacking, lateral sliding and steel bearing replacement

Our technical schemes addressed the challenges of renewing old bridges and promoted efficient reuse of existing bridge resources, offering a greener, economical and efficient path for urban infrastructure renewal.

Our Typical Deliverables and Process
- Method concept and equipment configuration aligned to weights, geometry and access
- Controls and synchronization scheme with real-time monitoring and alarms
- Commissioning and operator training; on-site calibration to meet time windows
When to Consider KIET's Hydraulic Systems
- Limited access or low headroom under decks or inside plants
- Long-span, multi-point lifts requiring uniform elevation
- Horizontal repositioning (slide-in/out) where crane reach is impractical
- Weight and center-of-gravity verification before transport or lift
2026 Outlook: Partner with KIET for Your Next Project
We will continue to cultivate hydraulic technology and supply smarter, more precise and more reliable equipment to support more projects and industry progress. For upcoming work involving bridge renewal, bearing changes, module weighing, transformer installation or heavy-component moves, share basic geometry, weights, access constraints and schedule. Our engineering team will return a practical concept and configuration.
