The blade bolt disassembly and assembly equipment is designed for the purpose of "time-saving, labor-saving, reliable, safe and easy to use", and adopts a multi-degree-of-freedom collaborative operation system:
Moving system:The AGV trolley is equipped with a steering wheel drive, which can realize 360° rotation and omnidirectional walking on the spot, and adjust the left and right positions of the equipment through steering wheel steering or chassis turntable rotation
Robotic arm system:three-axis linkage of large arm, middle arm and small arm, supporting six-degree-of-freedom attitude adjustment of torque wrench (left and right/high and low/far and near), of which the small arm is dedicated to leveling the parallelism between the torque wrench and the bolt hole.
Torque operation system: The hydraulic motor drives the torque wrench to rotate and position, and cooperates with the telescopic follower arm to compensate for the axial displacement during the disassembly and assembly of the bolt in real time to ensure the continuity of operation.
The whole system realizes precise spatial positioning and adaptive adjustment through a modular motion mechanism, taking into account operational flexibility and operational safety.
