Three-dimensional adjustment hydraulic cylinder has a large carrying capacity, which can be adjusted according to actual need. Single cylinder capacity range is 50-1000T, controlling from X/Y/Z three directions. Precision adjustment and positioning accuracy can reach 1mm. Control system uses a touch screen display with a convenient human-computer interaction interface, which is easy and fast operation. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, which reduce requirements for high-altitude operations and offshore operation. Hydraulic control system can adopt manual or power supply mode to adapt to any working condition.
3D adjustment of the hydraulic cylinder is a combination of hydraulic technology, mechanical technology, computer control technology and electrical technology. The object controlled by PLC needs to adjust the state to a computer program, and then send it to hydraulic pump and control it. Hydraulic pump transfers instructions to multiple three-dimensional instructions to adjust cylinders to achieve linked synchronization. At the same time, sensors feeds back actual working state to PLC controller. Computer will calculate information and send adjustment signal.
